摘要
为欧李资源天然功能产物的开发应用提供理论依据,以欧李仁脱脂粉为原料,采用体外模拟肠液的方法研究欧李仁苦杏仁苷提取物与胆酸盐的结合及对胰脂肪酶的抑制作用。结果表明:欧李仁提取液中苦杏仁苷的含量为62.6mg/100mL,欧李仁苦杏仁苷提取物能与3种胆酸盐结合,且对胰脂肪酶有抑制作用。其中,与牛黄胆酸钠的结合率为93.97%,与脱氧胆酸钠和甘氨胆酸钠的结合率分别为88.27%和86.84%;初始浓度下,欧李仁苦杏仁苷提取物对胰脂肪酶的抑制率为86.47%。
The conjugation rate of amygdlin extract from Cerasus humilis defatted powder combined with three cholates and the inhibition effect of the amygdlin extract on pancrelipase were studied by an in vitro simulation intestines liquid method to provide the theoretical basis for development and utilization of C. hurnilis resources (a nature function product) . Result: The amygdlin content in C. hurnilis extract is 62.6 mg/100mL. The amygdlin extract can combine with three cholates and has an inhibition effect on pancrelipase. The conjugation rate of the amygdlin extract combined with sodium taurocholate, sodium deoxycholate and sodium glycocholate is 93.97%, 88.27% and 86.84% respectively. The inhibition rate of amygdlin extract from C. humilis against pancrelipase reaches 86.47% at initial concentration.
