摘要
为河南省粮食增产及粮食供给侧改革提供理论依据,采用DEA-Malmquist模型结合探索性空间数据分析法,研究2009-2016年河南省粮食全要素生产率的时间和空间演变规律及河南省粮食全要素生产率与粮食生产的二元全局空间相关性。结果表明:2009-2016年河南省粮食全要素生产率整体呈曲折上升趋势,驱动因素由技术进步单项驱动转变为技术进步和技术效率同步驱动。河南省粮食产出与粮食全要素生产率的二元全局空间相关性呈"Z"字型发展,二者并未完全实现均衡协调发展。并依据测算结果提出了建议。
The spatial-temporal evolution pattern of grain total factor productivity and binary overall spatial correlation between grain total factor productivity and grain output in Henan Province during 2009 2016 were studied by using DEA Malmquist model combined with spatial exploratory analysis method to provide the theoretical basis for yield increase and supply side reform of grain in Henan Province. Result: The grain total factor productivity in Henan Province during 2009 -2016 shows a zigzag rising trend overall and the driving factor translates the synchronous drive of technical progress and technical efficiency from single drive of technical progress. The binary overall spatial correlation between grain total factor productivity and grain output shows a "Z-shaped" development, which indicates that it does not realize balanced harmonious development between grain total factor productivity and grain output completely. The suggestions are proposed based on the calculation results also.
