摘要
研究了不同含量的二甲基硅油对硅酮建筑密封胶性能的影响。结果表明,适当添加二甲基硅油可以提高密封胶产品的伸长率、改善其弹性、提高其抗位移能力;然而,当二甲基硅油含量超过20%时,会逐渐出现密封胶拉伸强度下降、下垂度过大及对基材粘结性不良等问题。因此,在实际使用过程中需合理设计二甲基硅油的添加量,以保证密封胶的综合性能。
The paper studies the influences of different simethicone content on the performance of building silicone sealant.Results show adding proper quantity of simethicone can improve the sealant＇s elongation,elasticity and anti-displacement capacity;nevertheless,when content of simethicone exceeds 20%,the elongation performance will decline,excessive sagging occurs,and bonding property with substrate become poor.Therefore,reasonable amount of simethicone should be designed in practical application to guarantee the comprehensive performance of the sealant.
