摘要
姚中秋《西方政治哲学的病理分析》一文主张基于人伦而建构政治,批判西方政治哲学解构和灭绝人伦。姚文对于西方政治哲学存在过度阐释和误解,同时也提出了如何处理政治与群己领域关系的理论问题。一方面,现代社会的经济社会结构与传统社会存在着深刻的差别,儒学的家国同构期望是不现实的;另一方面,以自由主义为代表的西方主流政治哲学割裂了政治与群己问题,这导致自由主义理论在应对现实政治实践和治理挑战时力不从心。构建中国特色的政治哲学话语体系的出路就在于打通政治与群己,而多级所有理论在这方面有其独特的理论优势。一个理想意义上的政治哲学,既非对儒学原教旨的重新拾起,也非对西方框架的照搬,它应当是在中国的成功实践基础上的抽象概括与合法化论证。
Professor Yao Zhongqiu's article "Pathological Analysis of Western Political Philosophy" maintains that to build politics from the human relations, arguing that western political philosophy deconstructs and destroy human relations. Although there are many over-explanations and misunderstandings in this article, it raises a problem of how to deal with relations between the politics and group-self domain. On one side,it is unpractical to keep the same structure of Family and State as the Confucius expects, since there is a deep gap in the social and economic structure between modern and ancient society. On the other side, the liberalism fails in dealing with political affairs and governance challenges,for the isolation political from the group-self problems in the mainstream of western political thought. The way to construct Chinese style political philosophy is getting through the political and the group-self domain, while the multi-level ownership theory has its unique theoretical strength.
