摘要
某长期使用自备井的城市小区,其新建楼房的龙头水中出现明显异臭。现场检测发现,全部自来水样品中余氯未检出,氧化还原电位、溶解氧等指标低,部分龙头水呈现明显的臭鸡蛋味、腐败味,判断主要的致臭物质是硫醇硫醚。微生物种群分析表明,新楼供水管道生物膜中有较多的硫酸盐还原菌。管材研究表明,新楼中敷设的衬塑钢管适宜微生物在表面附着生长;而旧楼使用的铁质管道则可能阻断含硫致臭物质的产生。判断该小区新楼自来水中异臭的成因是未按要求投加消毒剂,导致微生物在衬塑钢立管内壁大量繁殖,通过硫酸盐还原、甲基化等生化反应产生硫醇硫醚类致臭物质。根据课题组建议,该小区通过持续投加次氯酸钠消毒剂,很快解决了自来水异臭问题。
One community,which had used its own wells for drinking water supply for decades,suffered severe smell in tap water of two new buildings while no similar problem ever occurred in the old buildings.Field monitoring was conducted by our group to investigate the cause and guide the emergency treatment.No disinfectant residual,negative ORP and low DO concentration were detected in the tap waters of some apartments in new buildings with strong rotten egg-like or septic odor.The odorants for the rotten egg-like or septic odor were detected as sulfur-contained chemicals,including thiols and thioethers.The microorganism population analysis indicates the existence of sulfate reductive bacteria in the biofilm upon the pipe surface in new buildings.Further investigation on pipe material indicates the plastic-lined steel pipe is suitable for biofilm formation and sulfur-contained odorant formation while the cast iron pipe used in old buildings might restrain the formation of sulfur-contained chemicals.It can be concluded that the odor problem was caused by the absence of disinfectants in this small drinking water supply system for this community.Then,microorganism will grow abundantly on the surface of plastic-lined steel pipe and release sulfur-contained odorants via the sulfate reduction,methylation and other metabolism pathways.Inspired by the cause analysis,this community followed the researchers' suggestions to fed NaClO disinfectant sufficiently and continuously,which solved the odor problem in this community eventually.
