摘要
目的研究3种清洗剂对手术器械浸泡的最佳效果时间,为正确使用清洗剂提供依据,提高手术器械的清洗质量和效果。方法将648把剖宫产手术后的手术器械在进行相同的预处理后分组进行清洗剂处理(生物膜清洗剂组、多酶清洗剂组与碱性清洗剂组),每组器械分别在清洗剂处理4个时间点抽取手术器械,采用ATP生物荧光检测法检测清洗剂处理效果,应用SPSS 22.0统计分析软件对数据进行分析。结果 (1)生物膜清洗剂作用手术器械不同时间的作用效果:浸泡5min和10min比较,器械清洗合格率和ATP检测值差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),浸泡10min和20 min比较,器械清洗合格率和ATP检测值差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),浸泡20min和30min比较,清洗合格率和ATP检测值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),生物膜清洗剂最佳作用时间为20min;(2)多酶清洗剂作用手术器械不同时间的作用效果:浸泡5min和10min比较,清洗合格率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),ATP检测值差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),浸泡10min和20min比较,清洗合格率和ATP检测值差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),浸泡20min和30min比较,清洗合格率和ATP检测值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);多酶膜清洗剂最佳作用时间为20 min;(3)碱性清洗剂作用手术器械不同时间的质量对比:浸泡5 min和10min比较,清洗合格率和ATP检测值差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),浸泡10min和20min比较,清洗合格率和ATP检测值均有统计学意义(P<0.01);浸泡20min和30min比较,清洗合格率和ATP检测值差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),碱性清洗剂最佳作用时间为30 min。结论为了保证手术器械的清洗质量,在选择不同清洗剂时,应考虑不同清洗剂的作用时间,在保证最佳效果的同时提高工作效率,并避免过长时间清洗对器械造成损伤。
Objective To provide the basis for the correct use of the cleaning agent,and to improve the cleaning quality and effect of the surgical instrument,the time of three cleaning agents on the surgical instrument was optimized.Methods After pretreatment,648 surgical instruments of cesarean section surgery was cleaned by biofilm cleaner,multi-enzyme cleaner and alkaline cleaner.The cleaning effects of instruments in each group at 4 time points of cleaning duration were detected by ATP bioluminescence assay.And the data was analyzed by SPSS 22.0 statistical software.Results(1)The effects of biofilm cleaner:there was significant difference of qualification rate and ATP value between the instruments cleaned for5 min and 10 min(P 0.01),and cleaned for 10 min and 20 min(P 0.01).However,there was no difference of qualification rate and ATP value between the instruments cleaned for 20 min and 30 min(P0.05).The best cleaning duration of biofilm cleaner was 20 min.(2)The effects of multi-enzyme cleaner:there was no significant difference of qualification rate and ATP value between the instruments cleaned for 5 min and 10 min(P 0.05),and cleaned for 20 min and 30 min(P 0.05).However,there was significant difference of qualification rate and ATP value between the instruments cleaned for 10 min and20 min(P 0.01).The best cleaning duration of multi-enzyme cleaner was 20 min.(3)The effects of alkaline cleaner:there was significant difference of qualification rate and ATP value between the instruments cleaned for 5 min and 10 min(P 0.01),cleaned for 10 min and 20 min(P 0.01),and cleaned for20 min and 30 min(P 0.01).The best cleaning duration of alkaline cleaner was 30 min.ConclusionConsideration of cleaning duration of cleaner,could improve the cleaning effects and work efficiency,and avoid the instrument injury due to the cleaning.
