摘要
随着知识经济的逐渐崛起和科技体制改革的日益完善,我国企业越来越重视研发。近年来,我国企业研发投入总额不断增多,企业已经成为我国研发活动的主体,东部沿海地区企业研发支出的比重更高。目前,我国企业研发投入总体发展情况较好,但还存在着研发投入强度较低、基础研究和应用研究投入较弱以及研发活动侧重于传统产业等问题。本文利用国家科技指标对我国企业研发投入现状及存在问题进行了探讨,剖析了存在问题的原因,并提出提高企业研发投入的一些相关建议。
With the general rise of knowledge economy and the perfection of science and technology system reform,Chinese enterprises pay more and more attention to research and development. In recent years,the total amount of research and development investment by Chinese enterprises has been increasing,and enterprises have become the main body of research and development activities,in which the expenditure proportion of the enterprises in eastern coastal areas is higher. At present,the overall development situation of Chinese enterprises＇ research and development is good. However,there is a series of problems such as the low intensity of research and development investment,weak investment in basic research and application research,and much emphasis on traditional industries.This paper discusses status and existing problems of research and development investment by Chinese enterprises by using the index of national science and technology,analyzes the reasons for the problems and puts forward some suggestions on the improvement of research and development investment.
