摘要
目前我国装配式建筑在新建建筑中占比约5%,与国际先进水平相比差距很大。发展装配式建筑是落实党中央国务院决策部署的重要举措,是全面提升住房质量和品质的必由之路。建议国家制定装配式住宅发展的顶层设计,建立统筹规划、经济支持与政策激励的运行机制,加强管理,正确引导,统一规划,突破技术难点,分步、有序推进,最终形成技术研究、规划设计、推广与运营一体化的发展模式,加速装配式建筑的推广与发展。
