摘要
目的了解医院儿科门诊糖皮质激素类药物的使用情况及是否合理。方法从医院2016年的儿科门诊处方中,每季度随机抽取10 d处方(4个季度共计11 560张),统计其中使用糖皮质激素类药物的处方共1 246张,对使用糖皮质激素类药物的处方进行回顾性分析。结果 1 246张处方中,患儿男770例,女476例; 4~7岁使用糖皮质激素类药物比例较高,占43. 50%;临床诊断为支气管炎的占31. 22%;吸入用布地奈德混悬液的使用比例最高,占63. 57%;不合理用药的主要原因为无适应证用药。结论医院儿科门诊糖皮质激素类药物的总使用率不高,但适应证还存在不合理现象,应加强监督管理。
Objective To understand the use and rationality of glucocortieoid drugs in Outpatient Department of Pediatrics in our hospital. Methods Totally 1 246 prescriptions containing glucocorticoid drugs were collected from a total of 11 560 pediatric outpatient prescrip-tions, the prescriptions of 10 days were selected from each quarter randomly and 11 560 prescriptions were collected in four quarters in 2016. The prescriptions of using glucocorticoid drugs were retrospectively analyzed. Results Among the 1 246 prescriptions, 770 eases were boys and 476 eases were girls. The proportion of patients aged 4-7 years old was higher, accounting for 43.50%. The main clin-ical diagnosis was bronchitis, accounting for 31.22%. Budesonide Suspension for Inhalation had the highest usage rate, accounting for 63.57%. The main irrational drug use was the lack of indications. Conclusion The total utilization rate of glucocorticoid drugs in our hospital was not high. However, there is irrational use in the indications, the. supervision and management should he strengthened.
