摘要
在一定实验条件下采用静水试验方法,探究了高锰酸钾、食盐和复合碘3种消毒剂对大鳞鲃(Barbus capito)的急性毒性效应。结果表明,3种药物对大鳞鲃的72h半致死浓度分别为6.09、15170mg/L和6.573mg/L,而安全浓度分别为1.46、4586mg/L和1.715mg/L。3种消毒剂对大鳞鲃的毒性从大到小依次为高锰酸钾、复合碘、食盐,其安全浓度均高于实际生产使用浓度,说明3种消毒剂可结合实际情况放心使用。
Under certain experimental conditions,the acute toxicity effects of 3 disinfectant(potassium permanganate,salt and compound iodine)on Barbus capito were tested in still water.The results showed that the median lethal concentrations(LC50)at 72 hwere 6.09 mg/L for potassium permanganate,15170 mg/L for salt and 6.573 mg/L for compound iodine.The safe concentrations(SC)were 1.46 mg/L,4586 mg/L and 1.715 mg/L respectively.The order of these three disinfectants was as follows:potassium permanganate>compound iodine>salt,and the SC higher than the application concentrations,thus these disinfectants could be used trustingly according to practical situation.
