摘要
发展出基于双波长比值光谱同时测定日落黄、胭脂红和柠檬黄含量的分析方法,结果表明,柠檬黄用377 nm和419 nm作为测定波长,线性范围为0.1~60 mg/L;胭脂红用395 nm和436 nm作为测定波长,线性范围为0.2~80 mg/L、日落黄用386 nm和434 nm作为测定波长,线性范围为0.8~90 mg/L,平均回收率分别为100.2%、103.2%、100.1%,相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为1.8%、2.1%、0.5%,用该方法测定品牌饮料、糖果和蜜饯中的上述色素并与国标相比较,色素含量均在允许含量范围内。
A method based on dual wavelength ratio spectroscopy was developed for simultaneous determining of sunset yellow,carmine and tartrazine in beverages,candy and preserves. The results showed that the determination wavelengths were 377 nm and 419 nm for tartrazine,the linear range was 0. 1 ~ 60 mg/L,the determination wavelengths were 395 nm and 436 nm for carmine,the linear range was 0. 2 ~ 80 mg/L,and the determination wavelengths were 386 nm and 434 nm for sunset yellow,the linear range was 0. 8 ~ 90 mg/L,respectively. The average recoveries were 100. 2%,103. 2% and 100. 1%,at the same time,the relative standard deviation(RSD) was 1. 8%,2. 1% and 0. 5%,respectively. The pigment contents in brand beverage,candy and preserves were measured by this method and compared with the national standard. The content of the pigment was within the allowable range.
