摘要
通过从泔水区土壤采集样品培养出甲烷氧化菌混合菌群,并利用所培养出来的菌液对含瓦斯的3种不同的煤样进行改性。将瓦斯菌改性煤样进行工业分析试验,分析试验结果发现:对比原煤样、培养液对比煤样,菌液改性煤样的挥发分有所增加;低灰分煤样降低效果有限,但对高灰分含量的煤样,瓦斯菌改性后其灰分有明显降低。研究结果表明,瓦斯菌对含瓦斯煤进行改性从一定程度上能提高煤的热值,起到增效作用。
The methane-oxidizing mixed microbial consortium were cultured from the soil samples collected from the swill area, and the three different coal samples with gas were modified by the methane-oxidizing mixed microbial consortium liquid. The coal samples were tested for industrial analysis, and the results showed that the volatiles of the coal samples and the bacteria-modified coal samples were increased compared with those of the original coal samples and the culture medium. The effect of the low ash coal sample reduction is limited, but the results were as follows: As to high ash content of coal samples, gas modified after the ash has significantly reduced. The study shows that the modification of gas-containing coal can improve the calorific value of coal to a certain extent and play a synergistic effect.
