摘要
针对采煤机行走轮在使用过程中容易出现的轮齿变形、折断等问题,从轮齿受力和齿面接触状况分析出发,首先利用赫兹接触理论对行走轮与销齿的最大接触应力进行了计算,然后利用Abaqus有限元软件研究了平齿型行走轮的Mises等效应力和接触应力的分布特点,针对啮合接触线两端的应力集中等问题,对行走轮的齿向形状进行了鼓形优化,通过对不同鼓形量轮齿的受力分析可知,适当的鼓形量可有效避免齿面的应力集中现象,从而提高行走轮的运行稳定性和使用寿命。
In view of the problems such as the deformation and breaking of the gears which are easy to occur during the use of the shearer walking gear, starts from the analysis of the contact force between the teeth and the tooth surface. First, using the Hertz contact theory, and the contact stress is calculated by Abaqus finite element software. The Mises equivalent stress and the contact stress distribution of the flat-tooth walking gear are studied. The tooth-shaped shape of the running wheel is studied according to the stress concentration at both ends of the meshing contact line according to the analysis of the force of different drums, it is found that the appropriate drum mass can effectively avoid the stress concentration of the tooth surface, so as to improve the running stability and service life of the walking gear.
