摘要
数字化和智能化是电力系统资产管理发展的大趋势。文章基于国际供电会议(international council on electricity distribution,CIRED)关于资产管理与风险评估的最新研究成果,首先论述了目前电网资产管理中关键技术的发展现状,包括状态评估、可靠性与风险评估及全寿命周期成本(lifecycle cost,LCC)分析,介绍了这3项关键技术的理论方法和在资产管理中的应用现状。其次,综述了以信息通信技术和大数据技术为代表的数字化技术的应用现状,同时分析了数字化技术对资产管理过程及其关键技术的支撑作用,并分别阐述了未来数字化技术在电网资产管理中应用的发展趋势与挑战。在此基础上,为我国电网资产管理提出针对性的建议,以期从技术层面对我国电网资产管理的完善提供有益参考。
Digitalization and intellectualization are major trends in development of power system asset management. Based on recent research results of asset management and risk assessment of International Council on Electricity Distribution(CIRED), first of all, recent development status of the key technologies in power grid asset management is illustrated, including state evaluation, reliability and risk assessment, and life cycle cost(LCC) analysis. Theoretical methods and application status of these three key technologies in asset management are presented. Secondly, present application situation of digital technologies represented by information and communication technology and big data technology is summarized. Support function of digital technologies for asset management process and its key technologies are analyzed. Then future development trends and challenges of each digital technology applied in power grid asset management are expounded. Based on this, this paper puts forward some suggestions for power grid asset management in China, to provide a useful reference from technical level for improvement of China's power grid asset management.
