摘要
介绍了一种成形手机内屏蔽接触端子的级进模结构设计,分析了零件的结构特点、排样方案、冲压工艺和相应的模具结构,对主要零件设计加工中应注意的问题进行了分析,并对模具异型小孔冲裁、异型小孔防止废料上浮、"π"形弯曲成形等设计难点制定了相应的成形方案,实现了级进模对零件的加工成形,保证了成形零件的生产质量。通过对零件进行工艺分析,制定了排样方案,完成了模具结构的设计。
The structure design of a progressive die for the contact terminal of shielding cases in mobile phone was presented. It analyzed the characteristics of parts, layout scheme,stamping process and the corresponding die structure, and analyzed the problems that should be paid attention in the design and processing of the main parts. The corresponding projects were put forward to finish the punching for abnormity small holes, prevent the scraps from floating up, and "π" bending. It realized that the parts could be formed by using progressive die, and the part’s quality was ensured. Through analyzing the process,the layout scheme was worked out and the die structure was designed.
