摘要
为了防控以腹泻、脱水和消瘦为特征的羊结肠小袋虫病,试验根据羊结肠小袋虫滋养体药物杀灭试验的绝对致死浓度(LC100),筛选甲硝唑、血虫净和土霉素进行半数致死浓度(LC50)测定试验。结果表明,甲硝唑、血虫净和土霉素对羊结肠小袋虫2h的半数致死浓度(LC50)分别为0.213、0.418、0.523 mg/mL,12h的半数致死浓度(LC50)分别为0.056、0.107、0.149mg/mL。说明甲硝唑是体外杀灭羊结肠小袋虫滋养体的高效药物。
In order to prevent and control sheep balantidiasis coli characterized by diarrhea, dehydration and emaciation,metronidazole, diminazene and oxytetraeycline were selected to determine the median lethal concentration (LC50) in this paper,based on the absolute lethal concentration (LC100) of the drugs against trophozoite of sheep Balantidium coli.The results showed that LC50,2 h of metronidazole,diminazene and oxytetracycline against trophozoite of sheep Balantidium coli were 0.213,0.418,0. 523 mg/mL, and LC50, 12 h were 0.056,0.107,0.149 mg/mL, respectively. It proved that metronidazole is one kind of highly effec- tive drug for killing trophozoite of sheep Balantidlum coLi in vitro.
