摘要
反硝化作用对维持环境氮平衡具有重要意义,其过程中亚硝酸盐向NO的转化是关键步骤,由亚硝酸盐还原酶控制,因此检测亚硝酸盐还原酶编码基因可以从分子生物学角度深入分析微生物种群特性和氮元素的转化规律,进而为评估生态环境健康状况等科研与生产活动提供支撑数据。重点综述了近年来反硝化作用功能基因nirS和nirK及其检测技术的研究进展,并对未来可预期的检测技术进行了展望,以期为该领域的研究人员提供参考。
Denitrification has important significance in maintaining environmental balance of nitrogen cycle. During the processes,the transformation of nitrite into nitric oxide is a crux step,catalyzed by nitrite reductase; therefore,the detection of nitrite reductase coding genes could analyze deeply into the specificity of microbial population and the transformation law of the element of nitrogen from the perspective of molecular biology,then proceed to evaluate the healthy condition of eco-environment and the production and living activities to provide supporting data. In this paper advance in denitrification function genes of nir S and nir K,as well as their detection methods were reviewed intensively. And some promising detection methods were also prospected,so as to provide some references to those researchers in the field.
