摘要
多粘类芽孢杆菌(Paenibacillus polymyxa)是一种常见的植物根际促生细菌,对植物具有直接或间接生防作用,已在控制农业病害、促进作物生长等方面广泛应用。其可抑制植物病原菌,主要通过产生多粘菌素、杀镰刀菌素等脂肽类抗生素发挥作用。关于多粘类芽孢杆菌的脂肽类抗生素合成和分泌等促生相关分子机制的研究具有重要理论和应用价值。本研究综述了多粘类芽孢杆菌的分子遗传操作体系,多粘菌素和杀镰刀菌素合成基因簇的鉴定、表达调控基因的分析和分泌机制,并从脂肽类抗生素合成和分泌机制角度展望其今后的研究趋势。
Paenibacillus polymyxa is a common plant growth-promoting bacterium that have direct or indirect synergistic effects. It has been widely used in controlling agricultural diseases and promoting crop growth. P. polymyxa can inhibit some plant pathogens mainly through the production of polymyxin,fusaricidins and other lipopeptide antibiotics. The study on the molecular mechanisms of the lipopeptide antibiotics production and secretion in P. polymyxa has important theoretical and practical value. In this review,we summarized the molecular genetic system of P. polymyxa,and the gene cluster identification,the analysis of regulation genes and the secretion mechanisms of polymyxin and fusaricidins. At last,we proposed the prospect of the mechanism of lipopeptide antibiotics synthesis and secretion.
