摘要
根据煤矿井下灾后抢险救援工作作业需求,研发在救灾中能够快速清除障碍物、构建救援通道的多功能抢险救援装备;阐述了该装备的结构特征及作业特点,并针对挖掘作业工况下的多功能工作臂进行设计计算及有限元分析,结果表明:挖臂最大应力点位于中间斗齿连接处,应力值为297.2 MPa;最大变形点位于中间斗齿齿尖处,位移值为0.951 mm,均满足工作性能需求。
According to the demand of emergency rescue after the coal mine disaster, research the multifunctional rescue equipment which can quickly remove obstacles and build the rescue channel.The structural characteristics and operating features of the equipment are expounded, and the design calculation and finite element analysis are carried out for the multifunctional working arm under the working condition of the mining operation. The results show that the maximum stress point of the dug arm is located at the junction of the middle bucket teeth, the stress value is 297.2 MPa, the maximum deformation point is located at the tip of the middle bucket tooth and the displacement value is 0.951 mm, which all meet the working performance requirements.
