摘要
为实现长距离上运+大倾角下运复杂工况条件下煤炭低成本可靠运输,研发了一条包含上运+下运复杂工况的带式输送机。从整机布置方案、驱动、制动和张紧、监测与故障诊断系统设计5个方面进行了研究,提出采用四象限变频器驱动、变频张紧装置和基于振动的本安型故障诊断系统,将驱动安装在地形最高点、张紧安装在卸料点回程段的技术方案,整机所需牵引力和张紧力较小,具有防止打滑与防止飞车的特点,安全性高,有效保障了复杂工况条件下煤炭安全生产。
Low cost and stable transportation of coal under long distance upward and large angle downward complex geological conditions is important. A high reliability belt conveyor with long distance upward, large downward is developed in Sihe coal mine. The overall layout, driving, braking and tensioning, monitoring and fault diagnosis system design are studied. The four quadrant variable frequency drive, frequency conversion tensioning devices and an intrinsically safe fault diagnosis system based on vibration are used. The driver is installed at the highest point of the terrain, and the tension is installed at the return point of the unloading point. The traction and tension force of the belt is small,which has the characteristics of preventing skid and flying down, and has high safety. It provides a guarantee for the safty of coal mine production.
