摘要
[目的/意义]通过对商务网络信息生态链价值协同创造机理进行分析,发展和完善商务网络信息生态链价值协同创造研究,丰富商务网络信息生态链理论体系。[方法/过程]借用生态学观点,应用价值网络理论对商务网络信息生态链价值创造动力和路径进行解析,并构建其价值协同创造机理模型。[结果/结论]商务网络信息生态链价值网络主要通过组织协同、资源协同、战略协同创造价值。
[ Purpose/significance ] Through the analysis of the value synergy creation mechanism of the business network infor- mation ecological chain, the research on the synergy creation of the value of the business network information ecological chain is de- veloped and perfected, and the theoretical system of the business network information ecological chain is enriched. [ Method/ process ] The theory of value network is used to analyze the driving force and path of the value creation of business network informa- tion ecological chain based on the view of ecology, and the mechanism model of its value synergy creation is constructed. [ Result/ conclusion] The value network of business network information ecological chain creates value mainly through organization synergy, resource synergy and strategy synergy.
