基于全球公顷和国家公顷的元阳县生态足迹动态分析 被引量:1

Dynamic Analysis of the Ecological Footprint Based on Global Hectare and National Hectare of Yuanyang County

摘要 基于全球公顷和国家公顷的生态足迹模型,对元阳县2003~2012年的生态足迹和生态承载力以及生态盈余/赤字进行测算。研究表明,元阳县2003~2012年人均生态足迹呈逐年上升趋势,人均生态承载力呈下降趋势;全球公顷模型中,2004年出现生态赤字,人均生态赤字为0.027hm^2,2011年人均生态赤字达到最大值,为1.313hm^2;国家公顷模型中,2012年出现生态赤字,人均生态赤字为0.091hm^2。影响元阳县生态足迹变化因素的分析表明,耕地是元阳县生态足迹的重要组成部分,生产方式较单一,且生态赤字量呈现出递增趋势;建设用地处于盈余状态,草地处于赤字状态,其余土地类型出现不同程度的赤字现象。据此,提出严格保护耕地资源,优化产业结构,控制人口数量,提高人口素质的元阳县可持续发展对策。 Based on the global hectare and national hectare, the ecological footprint model was establishen to estimate the ecological footprint, careTying capacity and ecological surelus or deficit of Yuanyang County during 2003 -2012. The results indicated that from 2003 to 2012, the per capita ecological footprint of Yuanyang County appeared the in- creasing trend by years, while per capita ecological careTying capacity become decreasing. In the global hectare of eco- logical footprint models, the ecological deficit appealed in 2004, with the per capita ecological deficit of 0. 027hm2, and the per capita ecological deficit reached a maxinmm of 1. 313 hm2 in 2011. In the national hectare of ecological footprint models, the ecological deficit appealed in 2012 with the per capita ecological deficit of 0. 091hm2. The analy- sis of factors influencing the Yuanyang County ecological footprint showed that the cultivated land is an important com- ponent of ecological footprint in Yuanyang County, with the single production mode. The per capita ecological deficit amount appeares the increasing trend. The construction land were all in surplus, grassland have the deficit, and the other land types have different degrees of deficits. The policy suggestion was put forward on sustainable protecting of various types of land resourees, optimizing industrial structure, controlling the scale of population and improving the quality of the population .
