摘要
产教融合对于促进职业教育适应经济及产业的发展变化、更有效地养成学生的工作技能具有重要价值。当前对产教融合质量的评价聚焦于可见的、易于采集"客观"数据的物质层面。然而,职业教育的最高目标是培养"人",提升学生的工作技能仅仅是产教融合的显性目标之一,而不应该是全部指向。对产教融合的评价应超越物质层面,指向其对学生整全发展的贡献,高度关注师生在产教融合活动中智力、情感、态度、价值观以及整体素养方面的成长状况。在实际操作过程中,应以人为本,关注各利益相关方诉求;制定差异化质量标准,多方参与打造共赢局面;转变质量观念,创新评价机制。
The industry-education integration plays a valuable role in advancing the adaptation of vocational education to changes in economic and industrial development and facilitating more effective mastery of work skills for students. Currently, quality assessments of industry-education integration are focusing on the material aspects which are visible and easy for “objective” data collection. However, the ultimate goal of vocational education is to cultivate “people”, whereas to improve students' work skills is only one of the explicit goals, rather than the whole purpose, of industry-education integration. Quality assessments of industry-education integration should go beyond the material plane, turn to the contribution of such integration to students' holistic development and pay close attention to the development status of intelligence, emotion, attitude, values and the overall competencies of both teachers and students in industry-education integration activities. In practice, we should take a people-oriented approach, attend to the demands of all stakeholders and develop differentiated quality standards and mobilize multilateral participation to achieve a win-win outcome. Meanwhile, we should transform our quality concept and bring innovations to assessment mechanisms.
