淤浆法高密度聚乙烯润滑油桶专用树脂的工业开发

Industrial development of special resin for high density polyethylene lubricating oil barrel by slurry method

摘要 在中国石油大庆石化公司24万t/a淤浆法高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)装置上,采用2台聚合釜并联B型聚合工艺路线,以丁烯(C_4H_8)为共聚单体,进行了润滑油桶专用树脂的工业试生产,并考察了其加工应用性能。结果表明:当催化剂浓度一定时,在第1、第2聚合釜的氢气分压[p(H_2)]/乙烯分压[p(C_2H_4)]分别为(1.80±0.20),(0.20±0.02),C_4H_8加入量(占C_2H_4质量分数)分别为0.4%,0.6%的条件下,合成出的专用树脂的熔体流动速率为0.025~0.055 g/min,密度为0.948~0.952 g/cm^3,拉伸断裂标称应变不小于500%,拉伸屈服应力不小于20 MPa,环境应力开裂时间不短于50 h,物性达到润滑油专用树脂性能设计指标;使用专用树脂加工规格分别为1,4 L的润滑油桶,制品外观、跌落性能、壁厚、印刷性等各项性能均满足生产企业技术指标要求。 The two polymerized kettles with the parallel B polymerization process were adopted, with butene ( C4H8 ) as copolymerized monomer, the trial industrialization production of special resin for lubri- cating oil barrel was conducted in a 240 kt/a slurry high density polyethylene(HDPE) and the properties of processing application were investigated. The re- suits showed that under the conditions of certain concentration of catalyst, the partial hydrogen pres- sure [p(H2) ]/ partial pressure of ethylene [p (C2H4)] of the first and the second polymerizer was (1.80±0.20), (0.20±0.02) separately, C4H8 addition ( mass fraction of C2H4 ) was 0.4% , 0.6% respectively, the melt flow rate (MFR)of compounded special resin was 0. 025-0. 055 g/min,the density was O. 948-0. 952 g/cm3 ,the ten- sile fracture nominal strain was not less than 500% , the tensile yield stress was not less than 20 MPa, the cracking time of environmental stress was not less than 50 h, the physical properties reaching the de- sign standard of special resin for lubricating oil; the lubricating barrel with 1,4 L specification was pro- cessed by special resin, and its appearance, drop performance, wall thickness, printing performance and other indexes all met the technical indicators of manufacturing enterprises.
