摘要
通过系统回顾近5年来中医药标准化相关政策、文献、新闻报道,从现状、问题与相关政策等方面对其进行阐述。目前我国已发布一系列中医药国家标准、行业标准、团体标准;中医药标准体系已初步形成;标准化支撑体系逐步建立;标准化国际阵地正在扩大。但总体而言,我国中医药标准化仍存在"标准老化滞后、交叉重复矛盾"、"标准化基础及理论研究尚不够系统"、"标准体系及其配套的协调推进制度尚不够完善"、"标准化专业人才匮乏,能力水平亟待提高"、"标准推广力度不够,应用程度较低"等问题。针对以上问题,国家有关部门出台了一系列政策文件,指导并助力中医药标准化。国内专家学者也就"标准共性与诊疗个性"、"标准与中医特色、疗效的关系"、"标准修订周期"、"中医药国际标准化建设"等焦点议题提出自己的见解和建议。
Through a systematic review of the relevant policies, documents and news reports on the standardization of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） in the past 5 years, this paper expounded the status, problems, and relevant policy. At present, China has issued a series of national standards, industry standards and group standards for TCM. The standard system of TCM has been initially formed, the standardized support system has been gradually established, and standardized international positions were expanding. However, it still existed some problems： the repetition and contradiction of some standards, the fundamental and theoretical researches of standardization were not systematic, the promoting system of TCM standardization was still inadequate, the quantity and ability level of professional, and the strength of popularization and application of standards was not enough. In view of the above problems, our government has announced a series of policies documents to guide and assist in the standardization of TCM. Domestic experts and scholars also put forward their own opinions and suggestions on ‘standard commonness and diagnosis and treatment personality＇, ‘the relationship among standardization, characteristics of TCM and curative effect＇, ‘standard revision cycle＇, ‘construction of international standardization of TCM＇, and so on.
