摘要 目的总结21例复发难治B细胞肿瘤患者自体造血干细胞移植联合CAR-T治疗并发症的护理经验。方法对21例复发难治B细胞肿瘤患者自体造血干细胞移植联合CAR-T治疗的并发症加强评估、观察和护理。结果患者均移植成功,随访2~13个月,1例死亡,5例移植后0~3个月复发,其余患者生存。均发生口腔黏膜炎及细胞因子释放综合征,发生肠道黏膜炎7例,植入综合征4例,均经治疗症状控制。结论自体造血干细胞移植联合CAR-T治疗复发难治B细胞肿瘤疗效明显,加强并发症的评估、预防及处理,是保证治疗成功的关键。
