摘要
目的调查全国20个省份手术室开展亚专业组管理的现状,为各医院分层次、有计划的开展亚专业组管理提供临床依据。方法采用分层抽样法,抽取全国100所医院手术室的护士长/科护士长进行问卷调查,采用自行设计的调查问卷,包括基本资料、专科组长的相关信息及专科护士的相关信息三部分内容。结果调查的100所医院中,有73所(73.0%)医院设立了专科组长,实施手术室亚专业组管理;73所医院中,62所(84.9%)医院设立了专科护士,配合专科组长工作。单因素分析表明,护士长的职称、医院的级别及年手术量对专科组长的设置有影响(P<0.05);护士长的年龄、担任护士长的时间、医院的级别及年手术量对专科护士的设置有影响(P<0.05)。结论实施手术室亚专业组管理是手术室发展的必然趋势,但各医院亚专业组管理体系尚不完善,各个医院手术室可以根据自身的实际情况分层次、有计划地开展,以便更好地完成手术配合,体现手术室护理工作的专业性。
Objective To investigate the current situation of subspeciahy management for operating room in China, so as to provide a clinical basis for carrying out subspecialty management at different levels and in an organized way. Methods It was a multi-stage survey. A total of 100 head nurses from operating rooms in 100 hospitals were recruited to complete the self-designed questionnaire,including demographic data,related information about spe- cialist leaders and specialist nurses. Results Among investigated hospitals,73%(73) of the hospitals set up spe- cialist leader,implemented specialist management,84.9%(62) set up specialist nurses and cooperated with the team leader. The single factor analysis showed that the title of head nurses,the level of hospitals and the annual opera- tion amount had an influence on the setting of the specialist teamleader(P〈0.05). The age of head nurses,the length of being head nurses ,the level of hospitals and the annual operation amount had an influence on the setting of the specialistnurse. Conclusion The implementation of subspeeiahy management is the trend of the development of operating room. Subspeciahy management is not perfect,and operating rooms from different hospitals can perform subspeeialty management according to its own actual situation in an organized manner,which can better reflect pro- fessionalism of nursing.
