摘要
大学治理模式是大学治理理论化概括的理想类型,是对大学治理历史与现状的高度理性抽象。大学治理形态则是大学治理的具体实践方式,是大学治理模式在治理实践中多样化与丰富性的体现。当前,现代大学治理正日益从政府管控的治理形态走向法人化治理形态,从具有集权色彩的治理体系走向市场取向的分权策略和灵活的治理结构。但在此过程中,以校长为核心的管理团队和以外部人士为主组成的董事会在大学治理中的地位与作用不断上升的同时,学术人员在校内行政和学术事务中的权威和影响力在逐步下降,这已成为世界范围内现代大学治理所面临的共同挑战。
The university governance model is the theoretical generalization of the ideal type of university governance,and it is also the highly rational abstraction of university governance history and status quo.Additionally,the governance pattern is the specific practice way of university governance and the embodiment of diversity and multiplicity in university governance practice.At present,modern university governance is increasingly transferring from the government control pattern to the corporatization pattern,and from the centralized governance system to the market-oriented decentralized strategy and flexible governance structure.While,the position and function of the principal executive body and the council comprised mainly by the external personages has rising constantly,the authority and influence of academic staff in the university administration and academic affairs has gradually decreased,which becomes a worldwide challenge for modern university governance.
