摘要
某发电厂660 MW机组的汽动给水泵在运行中出现轴承振动超标的现象,通过进行振动测试和分析,判断振动超标的原因是转子质量不平衡、振动信号干扰、联轴器装配不良等,采取现场动平衡加重、更换振动测量原件、检修联轴器等措施后,成功消除了轴承的异常振动。
There was abnormal bearing vibration during steam feed pump operation of 660 MW units in apower plant. By vibration test and analysis,it was concluded that the causes were unbalanced rotor quality,vibration signal interference,poor coupling assembly. By taking the scene dynamic balance,replacing the o-riginal vibration measurement,coupling repair and other treatment measures,the abnormal vibration of thebearing was eliminated.
