摘要
使用Design-Expert进行Central Composite Design实验设计。利用"响应面分析法"研究淤泥含水率、土壤固化剂掺量对淤泥固化土无侧限抗压强度影响,建立高拟合度的影响因素二次模型,通过设置无侧限抗压强度响应值优化影响因素进行配合比设计并验证。实验结果表明,利用"响应面分析法"进行固化土配合比设计优化是可行且高效的。
Central Composite Design experiment design was made with Design-Expert. The effects of mud moisture content, soil stabilizer dosage on the unconfined compressive strength of stabilized silt were studied, and the high fitting degree quadratic model was established. Then, through setting different response values of unconfined compressive strength, affecting factors were optimized and mix proportion design was made and verified. The results of experiment shows that, it is viable and efficient to optimize the design of mix proportion of stabilized silt by Response Surface Methodology..
