摘要
为了及早地认知风险,采取有效措施降低风险等级和确保平稳生产,现场工程师采用HAZOP分析方法,以设备为节点对硫黄回收装置进行风险评价,此次分析全面系统地识别装置存在的风险,对装置风险审核通过了18条操作性强的控制建议,并付诸实施,有效地提升了装置的本质安全水平。
In order to identify risks andtake countermeasures to control them to ensure safe production, HAZOP analysis was employed by field engineers to evaluate the risk of sulfur recovery plant with nodes divided based on equipment. This analysis comprehensively and systematically identified the risk of the plant, and provided 18 operational control measures for the risk audit of the plant, which effectively improved the inherent safety level of the deviceafter put into practice.
