摘要
通过对一起立式往复压缩机活塞杆温度高故障进行分析,确定活塞裙座的磨损造成压缩后的气体沿着缸壁泄漏至活塞杆上,致使活塞杆温度升高。裙座磨损导致压缩后的气体泄漏量不断增加,造成活塞杆温度不断攀升。现场拆检对活塞裙座外观尺寸及配合尺寸进行测量,及时进行更换新裙座,并严格按照检修规程保证裙座配合尺寸,彻底解决了立式往复压缩机活塞杆温度高的故障现象,保证了工艺的正常平稳流转。
In the paper, based on the analysis of the fault ina vertical reciprocating compressor piston rod, it was determined that thewear of piston skirt caused the compressed gas leaking to piston rod along cylinder wall, which was the reason of causing temperaturerising. The increasing leakage of compressed gas caused by the wear of piston skirt resulted in the temperature of piston rod constant-ly rising. The appearance size and fit size of piston skirt were measured on site, the new piston skirt was replaced timely and the fitsize of piston skirt was ensured according to maintenance guide strictly. The fault phenomenon of high temperature in vertical recip-rocating compressor piston rod was solved completely, which ensured the normal stable running of process.
