摘要
近年来SPOC有效教学已经成为学者们关注和研究的热点,然而针对SPOC有效教学影响因素的研究则较少。运用文献研究法进一步探讨SPOC有效教学的内涵、影响因素。影响SPOC有效教学的因素是多元的,主要包括学习者、指导者、课程资源、课程环境、教学交互等5个维度。提升SPOC教学效果的策略包括:完善课程环境,强化教学管理;优化课程资源,提升课程质量;增强教学互动,促进深度学习;转换教师角色,引导深层探究;强化学习动机,适应新型教学等。
The SPOC effective teaching has become a hot topic by researcher in the recent years. But the research on the influencing factors of SPOC effective teaching is relatively rare. Using the method of literature research, the definition and influencing factors of effective teaching are discussed. The conclusion is that the influencing factors of SPOC effective teaching are multivariate, including five core elements of learners, instructors, curriculum resources, curriculum environment and teaching interaction. Finally, we propose some strategies to improve the SPOC effective teaching:improving the curriculum environment and strengthening teaching management; optimizing curriculum resources and improving the quality of courses; enhancing teaching interaction and promoting deep learning; transforming teacher role and guiding deep inquiry; strengthening learning motivation and adapting to new teaching.
