摘要
教育改革与社会经济文化环境和条件的变革紧密关联,教师专业发展的要求也随着社会需求的变化而更新。从农业文明时代的"经世之师"到工业文明时代的"技能之师""知识之师",教师专业发展要求都侧重于对固有知识的传递和灌输,教学行为规范而刻板。而到了"互联网+"时代,多元思想的碰撞和学生的差异化发展呼唤教师的主体性和教学个性,教师在专业发展上追求成为"个性之师"。
Education reform is closely related to changes in social, economic and cultural environment and conditions, and teacher professional development requirements also need to change with social demands from “the teacher of the offcial” in the era of agricultural civilization to “the teacher of skills” and “the teacher of knowledge” in the era of industrial civilization, which emphasize transmission and indoctrination of inherent knowledge with normative and rigorous teaching behaviors. However, in the era of “Internet +”, collision of diversified ideas and students’ diversity call for teachers’ subjectivity and teaching personality, and teacher professional development needs the teacher of personality.
