摘要
针对目前部分高职院校专业社团指导老师队伍中存在的结构单一、数量不足、有名无实等问题产生的具体原因进行分析,并制定出相应的对策:基于现代学徒制的"校企双导师制"、"互聘共培"、"最优配对"以及"绩效管理"等方面,建设一支基于现代学徒制的结构合理、数量充足、技能和业务水平高超的专业社团导师队伍,不断提升学生的专业技能和社会服务能力,实现学生、教师、学校、企业的多赢。
This paper analyzes the specific reasons for the single structure, lack of quantity and lack of quality in the team of professional association instructors in some higher vocational colleges and makes corresponding countermeasures: school-enterpris edual-instructor system, mutual employment and training, optimal pairing and performance management, etc., which are all based on modern apprenticeship. The school tries to build a professional instructor team with reasonable structure, sufficient quantity and excellent professional skills so that the students can constantly improve their professional skills and social service capabilities to achieve the multi-win of students, teachers, school and enterprise.
