摘要
当前,随着高校办学规模不断扩大,学生数量也持续上升,大学生就业难问题已日渐凸显,受到社会各界的广泛关注.在此种情况下,高校必须充分重视大学生职业生涯规划教育,可通过创新课程教学模式,增强学生适应能力,使学生能够明确未来发展目标.在此基础上,文章简要分析如何构建高校大学生职业生涯规划教育体系,并提出具体的教育策略,希冀有效提高高校大学生职业生涯规划教育质量,促进学生全方位发展,切实提高学生的就业能力.
Nowadays,with the continuous expansion of the scale of higher education,the number of students is also on the rise,sothe employment problem of college students has been paid more and more attention by all walks of life. In this case,colleges and universities should pay more attention to the career planning of college students,innovating teaching mode of courses,enhancing students＇ adaptability,and promoting students to be clear about the goal. On the basis,this paper madea brief analysis of how to buildacareer planning education system for college students and put forward specific education strategies,hoping to improve the quality ofcollege students＇ career planning education effectively,promoting students＇ all-round development,and effectively improving the employability of students.
