摘要 目的建立牛黄解毒丸中雄黄的含量测定方法。方法先对牛黄解毒丸进行微波消解,再用原子吸收分光光度法对雄黄中的砷进行定量分析。结果砷的浓度在0~20μg/mL与吸光度呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为Y=5.295×10^(-3)x+7.996×10^(-3),r=0.9995,平均加样回收率为98.89%,RSD为0.98%,15批样品中砷含量在24.96~63.30 mg/丸。结论所建立的方法可靠、准确性高、专属性强,可有效控制牛黄解毒丸中雄黄的含量。 Objective To establish a determination method of realgar in Niuhuang Jiedu pills. Methods Niuhuang Jiedu pills was firstly microwave digestioned, the quantitative analysis of arsenic in realgar was carried out by atomic absorption spectrophotometry.Results The arsenic concentration is in a good linear relationship with the absorbance within the range of 0-20 μg/ml., the regression equation Y=5.295×10^-3 x +7.996×10^-3(r =0.999 5), the average recovery rate was 98.89% with RSD of 0.98%. The arsenic content in 15 batches of samples ranged from 24.96 to 63.30 mg per pill. Conclusion The establishedmethod is reliable, highly accurate, and strongly specific and can effectively control the contents of realgar in Niuhuang Jiedu Pills.
