新建隧道下穿既有地铁爆破施工数值模拟 被引量:9

摘要 城市地铁隧道建设中会用到矿山法爆破施工,若不进行合理的设计与控制,必将会对既有运营地铁结构产生不利影响。依托某新建地铁隧道下穿既有运营地铁工程,利用三维数值计算分析方法,考虑矿山法爆破振动因素,研究了矿山法爆破振动的施工力学机理,揭示了爆破振动对新建地铁隧道和既有地铁隧道应力、应变的影响。研究结果表明:矿山法爆破施工过程中,由于振动的影响,结构的最终应力、应变要小于振动过程中相应的应力、应变;矿山法爆破振动对于既有运营地铁隧道结构的影响随着距爆破点位置的增加而降低。因此,需要对爆破点附近位置进行重点防护。台阶法能较好地降低爆破振动所产生的影响,选取合理的施工方法来减小振动所产生的影响。 Mine tunnel blasting construction could be used in the construction of urban subway tunnels. Without proper design and control, it certainly has an adverse effect on the existing subway structure. Relying on the construction of a new subway tunnel un derneath the existing subway project, the construction mechanics mechanism of blasting vibration in the mine method was studied. Based on the three dimensional numerical a nalysis method, the blasting vibration factors are considered in the mine method, and the influence of blasting vibration on the stress and strain of the newly built subway tunnel and the existing subway tunnel is revealed. The results show that during blasting construction in the mine method, due to the effect of vibration, the final stress strain value of the structure is less than the value generated during the vibration process. The influence of blasting vibration in the mine method on the structure of existing subway tunnels decreases with the increase of the location of blasting points. Therefore, the lo cation near the blasting point must be protected. The step method can better reduce the impact of blasting vibration, and reasonable selection of the construction methods is re quired to reduce the impact of the vibration.
