摘要
以1,3-丙二醇、1,4-丁二醇、丁二酸、癸二酸和衣康酸5种生物基单体为原料,合成了富端羟基生物基共聚酯弹性体(BPE)预聚物,然后以4,4'-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)为扩链剂制备扩链产物,考察了MDI用量、反应温度和反应时间对扩链反应的影响,并对扩链前后试样的结构和性能进行了对比。结果表明,当MDI的质量分数为1.2%、反应温度为80℃、反应时间为60 min时,扩链效果最佳。以30份(质量)白炭黑为增强填料对扩链前后的BPE进行加工交联,扩链后硫化试样的拉伸强度和扯断伸长率比扩链前分别提高了37.2%和57.0%。
Rich-hydroxyl-terminated prepolymers of bio-based copolyester elastomer (BPE) prepoly mers were prepared by five kinds of bio-based mono mers, such as 1,3-propanediol, 1,4-butanediol, succinate acid, sebacic acid and itaconic acid. Then, the chain extended BPE were prepared by using 4,4'-diphenyl methane diisocyanate (MDI) as chain extender. The effects of the amount of MDI, the reaction temperature and time on chain-exten ding reaction were studied. Meanwhile, the structure and properties of samples before and after chain-ex- tending reaction were compared. The results showedthat the appropriate condition for chain-extending re action was the mass fraction of MDI was 1.2%, the reaction temperature was 80 ℃ and reaction time was 60 min. With 30 phr carbon black as the filler, the vulcanized samples before and after chain-extending reaction were processed and crosslinked, tensile strength and elongation at break of vulcanized sample after chain-extending increased 37.2% and 57.0% respectively.
