摘要
针对全空气一次回风空调系统采用湿盘管降温除湿存在二次加热送风产生的冷热抵消问题,将制冷机冷却水的热能回收用于提高送风温度。以卷烟厂卷包车间为例,介绍了该项目的空气处理工艺流程、设计方案、新增空气加热器的选型、运行控制及经济性。
Aiming at the cold and heat counteracting problem generated by reheating supply air in primary return air all-air Conditioning system using wet coil cooling and dehumidification, recovers the waste heat of cooling water in refrigerating machines to improve the supply air temperature. Taking a cigarette factory as an example, presents its air handling process, design scheme, selection of new air heaters, operation control and economic benefit analysis of the project.
