摘要
依据国家相关文件精神,在结合专家意见的基础上建立了包含4个一级指标及11个二级指标的高校辅导员胜任力评价指标体系,并用熵值法对各级指标进行赋权,用模糊综合评判法建立了高校辅导员胜任力评价模型.该模型结果显示,教学能力和人格特质两个一级因子对辅导员胜任力影响最大,人际特性、教育知识、教学设计、教学实施、人际特征五个二级因子对辅导员胜任力影响最大,教学设计、人际特性、教育知识、职业态度四个二级因子对相应一级因子教学能力、人格特质、知识素养以及职业品格的影响最大.同时,将该模型应用于蚌埠学院艺术设计学院某辅导员胜任力评判中,得到的该辅导员胜任力隶属于"乙"等级,结果与实际情况基本一致.
According to the relevant documents of the state, on the basis of expert opinion on the estab lishment of the college counselors including 4 first grade indexes and 11 level two indexes of the competen cy evaluation index system, and on all levels of index weighting by entropy method, the college counselor competency evaluation model is established by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The model results show that the teaching ability and personality traits of two first level factors have an impact on the counselor competency; interpersonal characteristics, educational knowledge, teaching design, teaching im plementation and interpersonal characteristics of five level two factors have an impact on instructors- corn petency; teaching design, interpersonal characteristics, tion attitude have an impact on the corresponding level and occupation character. At the same time, the model selor in the school of art and design, Bengbu College, education four factors of knowledge, and occupa factor of teaching ability, personality, knowledge is appl and the led to the competency evaluation of a coun competency of the counselor is subordinate to the ＂B＂ level, which is basically the same with the actual situation .
