摘要
研究大补元煎液(dbyj)对大鼠的生精功能修复作用.用醋酸棉酚灌胃建立大鼠生精障碍模型,用大补元煎液低、中、高剂量(给药量分别为5、10、15g生药/kg·bw·d),阳性药物甲基睾酮(MES)(25mg/kg·bw·d)灌胃给药30d,测定各实验组大鼠的精子数、活精子率、精子活力、精子畸型率,睾丸、附睾质量,大鼠睾丸超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力、丙二醛(MDA)含量.结果显示,与模型组比较,dbyj中、高剂量组精子数、活精子率、精子活力、附睾质量显著增加(或增强),精子畸型率显著降低;大鼠睾丸SOD活力显著增强,MDA含量显著降低;大补元煎液高剂量组与甲基睾酮组之间无统计学差异.dbyj的生精功能修复作用与剂量有关,高、中剂量组之间有统计学差异,高剂量的促生精作用要强于中剂量组.大补元煎液对生精障碍大鼠有显著的生精功能修复作用,能提高精子质量.
To study protective effects of dbyj decoction on spermatogenesis dysfunction in rats, the model of sp with ermatogenesl low, middle d, respect of the live s obstructive rat is established with gossypol acetic acid by gavage. After gavage 20 d and high does of dbyj(the dosage of administration was 5, 10, 15 crude drug/kg · bw · ively ) and positive drug methyltestosterone(20 mg/kg · bw ·d), the sperm counts, percentage sperms, sperm activity, the percentage of teratospermia, the weight of testis and epididymis, superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity and content of malonyldialdehyde(MDA) are determinated. Compared with the model group, the sperm counts, percentage of the live sperms, sperm activity, the weight of epi didymis and SOD activity are increased or enhanced sign while the percentage of teratospermia and content of MDA are decreased significantly in middle and high does of dbyj group. There is no statisti cal difference between high dose dbyj group and MES group. The lated to the dose of dbyj. There is statistical difference between effect of boosting spermatogenesis is re dbyj middle and high dose group. The effects of dbyj high dose is better than that of low dose. Bbyj has markedly protective effects on spermato genesis dysfunction in rats and increases the quality of the sperm .
