裂解炉急冷锅炉异径管法兰连接防泄漏措施

摘要 中国石油独山子石化220 kt/a乙烯装置裂解炉急冷锅炉异径管法兰连接处自2016年4月开始频繁出现泄漏着火。通过多方排查和分析,泄漏位置法兰连接处所受应力无法消除、组对法兰的密封面间隙过大及异径管处的保温安装位置以及下部炉管处的保温安装形式不当是造成上述问题的原因。通过采取应对措施成功消除了异径管法兰连接处泄漏的隐患。 Leakage and fire have occurred frequently at the flange connection of reducers in transfer line exchanger( TLE) of cracking furnace in the 220 kt/a Ethylene Plant at PetroChina Dushanzi Petrochemical Company since April 2016. Extensive investigation and in-depth analysis results showed that the stress cannot be eliminated at the flange connection, the large gap between the sealing surfaces of group flanges, the improper installation position of insulation at the reducers and the improper installation of insulation at the lower furnace tubes are the reasons for the leakage. Some corresponding measures were taken to successfully eliminate the leakage at flange connection of reducers.
