摘要
目的探讨鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎患者的护理干预。方法选取我院2016年6月~2017年11月慢性鼻窦炎鼻内镜手术治疗患者90例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和全方位护理组,每组各45例。对照组行常规化护理干预,全方位护理组开展全方位护理。比较两组的护理服务总满意度;围术期疼痛程度、手术治疗依从性;护理前后患者焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分和心率;结膜水肿、局部出血等并发症发生率。结果全方位护理组的护理服务总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);全方位护理组围术期疼痛程度低于对照组、手术治疗依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理前两组SAS评分和心率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后全方位护理组SAS评分和心率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。全方位护理组结膜水肿、局部出血等并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全方位护理在慢性鼻窦炎鼻内镜手术治疗护理中的应用效果确切,可提升患者依从性,减轻疼痛,减轻身心不良应激,减少并发症,患者对护理服务满意度高。
Objective To investigate the nursing intervention of patients with chronic sinusitis treated by endoscopic surgery. Methods A total of 90 patients with chronic sinusitis who underwent nasal endoscopic surgery in our hospital from June 2016 to November 2017 were divided into two groups according to random numberl table method, 45 cases in each group. In the control group, routine nursing intervention was used, while comprehensive care was adopted in the rest participants（comprehensive care group）. Satisfaction with nursing services, perioperative pain, surgical treatment compliance, self-rating anxiety scale（SAS） score and heart rate（HR） before and after nursing, and incidence of complications such as conjunctival chemosis and local hemorrhage during endoscopic surgery for chronic sinusitis in the two groups were compared. Results In the comprehensive care group, satisfaction with nursing services was higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. The perioperative pain in the comprehensive care group was lower, and the surgical treatment compliance was higher than those in the control group with statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Before nursing, there was no great difference in SAS score or HR between the two groups（P〉0.05）. After nursing, the SAS score and HR in the comprehensive care group were both lower than those in the control group with statistical significance（P〈0.05）. The incidence of complications such as conjunctival chemosis and local hemorrhage in the comprehensive care group were lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive care obtains a definite effect in the nursing of chronic sinusitis with endoscopic surgery. It can increase patient′ s compliance, alleviate pain,relieve physical and psychological stress, and reduce complications with high nursing satisfaction from patients.
