摘要
在国家经济发展进入新时期,由制造大国转向制造强国的重要节点,高等职业教育应该顺应经济社会发展的要求,加强培养现代高职人才职业素养,培育具备"工匠精神"的新型高职人才。梳理"工匠精神"研究现状,论述"工匠精神"在高职人才培养中的必要性,探索培养的途径和方法,分析郑州铁路职业技术学院"工匠精神"培养的具体实践。
In the new period of China＇s economic development,the higher vocational education should conform to the requirements of the economic and social development,strengthen the professional quality of vocational talents,and cultivate new vocational talents with ＂ craftsman spirit＂. This paper reviews the research status of ＂ craftsman spirit＂,discusses the necessity of the ＂ craftsman spirit＂ in the training of vocational talents,explores its ways and methods,and analyzes the practice of ＂ craftsman spirit＂ training in Zhengzhou Railway Vocational and Technical College.
