摘要
配电系统的稳定运行关系到企事业单位和居民生活日常用电。高压开关成套设备的入网性能检测对电网的安全可靠运行起着至关重要的作用,基于配电网建设的需要,应加强对配电设备的入网前全性能检测,提前发现安全隐患,为电网安全、稳定运行提供可靠的保障。开关类成套设备信息化试验平台采用多路信号分析系统进行数据采集、分析,由于入网试验过程复杂且外在影响因素较多,为了提高开关类成套设备入网检测评估能力,针对传统试验评估方法中存在的各类问题,以准确度、响应时间、最小可分辨温差等参数为基础,通过数字接口的衔接技术实现开关类成套设备智能检测设备的自动化检测与评估,提高开关类成套设备各类试验的准确性,解决开关类成套设备入网试验的全性能评估技术问题。
The stable operation of distribution system is related to the daily power consumption of enterprises,institutions and residents life.The performance networking test of high voltage switchgear complete set equipment plays a vital role to the power grid safe and reliable operation.Based on the needs of distribution network construction,it is necessary to strengthen the testing of the full performance of the power distribution equipment before it enters the network.The safety hidden danger is discovered in advance, providing reliable guarantee for the safe and stable operation of the power grid.Switchgear complete set equipment information test platform do the data acquisition and data analysis based on multi-channel signal analysis system.Because of the test process of distribution transformer is complex, in order to improve the network capacity of distribution transformer detection and evaluation and aiming at solving all kinds of problems existing in traditional test evaluation methods.Through the connection technology of digital interface based on the accuracy, response time and MRTD parameters to achieve automatic testing and evaluation of intelligent testing equipment of achieving switchgear complete set equipment,to increase accuracy of various tests and to solve full performance evaluation technical issues of networking test.
