摘要
随着科技体制的变革与创新,网络化与智能化的普及,如何适应新形势,重新定位服务模式、更新管理手段成为电力科技查新工作亟待解决的问题。对此,可通过整合现有数据库资源,建立信息资源服务系统平台,在平台上实现一站式查新检索。信息资源服务系统平台的建立,可为相关人员工作学习提供学科导航、资源检索,提升整体服务能力和服务深度。
With the reform and innovation of science and technology system, the popularity of networking and intelligence,how to adapt to the new situation, reposition service models and update management methods have become a problem which needs to be solved urgently in the search for new technologies. To solve this problem,we can build an information resource service system platform by integrating existing database resources, implement one-stop search and retrieve on the platform. The establishment of the information resource service system platform provides discipline navigation and resource retrieval for related personnel learning and research.It enhances overall service capabilities and service depth.
