摘要
高校在培养人才过程中,不仅要为本科生建立相关知识体系架构,还要增强他们的工程实践能力与创新能力。高等教育工科人才培养一直以来都在追求效果的最佳化,如何通过有效的知识培养与拓展训练,增强教育的实践性与应用性,进一步培养专业的高水平应用与学术型复合人才,正逐步引起目前教育工作的重点关注。以结构抗震知识培养为例,基于企业现有的技术创新成果,创新性地形成一种以拓展训练为载体的、低成本、使学生快速建立专业知识结构的教育培养模式,从而提升本科生抗震防灾分析的实践能力,希望为今后的教学改革提供初步的思考与探索依据。
In the process of cultivating talents, colleges and universities are establishing the related knowledge system structure of undergraduate students innovatively and efficiently while enhancing the engineering practice ability and innovation ability. The training of higher education engineering talents has always been seeking the best effect. How to strengthen education through effective knowledge training and expanding training practicality and application. It is attracting more and more attention in educational work that training professional high level application and academic compoundtalents. Based on the existing technological innovation achievements of the enterprise, this paper is taking the knowledge training of structural earthquake resistance as an example. An innovative educational training mode that enables students to quickly establish professional knowledge structure is based on the low cost of expanding training,so as to improve the practical ability of the undergraduates' earthquake resistance and disaster prevention analysis. This paper hopes to bring up the teaching reform for the preliminary thinking and exploration basis in the future.
