摘要
目的比较蒸馏水、5. 25%Na Cl O溶液、17%EDTA凝胶与超声联合应用处理桩道后,对于纤维桩核粘接效果的影响。方法取36颗无龋坏人新鲜单根前磨牙。常规方法根充并桩道预备后随机分为6组,每组6颗。A组:蒸馏水+常规冲洗; B组:5. 25%次氯酸钠溶液+常规冲洗; C组:17%EDTA凝胶+常规冲洗; A1组:蒸馏水+超声荡洗; B1组:5. 25%次氯酸钠溶液+超声荡洗; C1组:17%EDTA凝胶+超声荡洗组;用薄片推出实验进行微推出强度的测试。结果 A组、B组和C组样本的破裂模式以牙本质-粘接剂界面破坏为主,而A1组、B1组和C1组以混合破坏为主。超声荡洗桩道内壁与常规冲洗法相比较差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。方差分析显示A组与A1组、B组与B1组、C组与C1组粘接强度比较,同种药物作用下,使用超声荡洗后的纤维桩的微推出强度显著高于常规冲洗组,且C1组效果最佳。差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论药物联合超声荡洗可以增强玷污层的去除能力并有效的增强纤维桩粘接强度,不同方法对于桩核预备后根管内玷污层的去除及粘结效果的影响存在显著性差异。
Objective To compare the effects of ultrasonic treatment combined with distilled water,5.25% sodium hypochlorte (NaCLO),17% EDTA gelatum on the bonding strength of fiber post. Methods Thirty-six pulpless single-root teeth were divided into six groups according to the basis of the irrigation regimen after post space preparation,with 6 teeth in each group.The group A: irrigation with distilled water by irrigating needle (control group);group B:irrgation with 5.25% sodium hypochlorte (NaCLO);group C: treatment by 17% EDTA;group A1:irrigation with distilled water by ultrasonic treatment; group B1: irrgation with 5.25% sodium hypochlorte (NaCLO) by ultrasonic treatment; group C1:ultrasonic treatment with 17% EDTA. The shear bond strength between the post and the root canal walls was assessed by using the thin-slice push-out test.SPSS13.0 was used for statistical analysis. Results The mean bond strength [(33.89±9.31) Mpa] was highest in group C1,which was significantly higher than that in group B1, group C, group A1, group B and group A in turn,which was lowest in control group ( P 〈0.05). Conclusion Drugs combined with ultrasonic cleaning can enhance the effects of getting rid of pollution layer to increase bonding strength of fiber post,moreover, there are significant differences in the effects of different methods in removing pollution layer in root canal and in increasing bonding effectiveness after post space preparation.
