摘要
本研究建立了快速检测乳制品中重金属离子铅的胶体金免疫层析试纸条分析方法。通过一系列的实验,研究了该方法的灵敏度、重复性和特异性,结果表明用免疫胶体金法测定乳制品中生鲜乳和酸奶的检出限为25μg/kg,成品奶的检出限为30μg/kg,奶粉和奶酪的检出限为300μg/kg,方法重现性较好。使用胶体金免疫层析法和原子吸收光谱法同时检测加标样品,结果一致。该方法适用于乳制品中重金属离子铅的快速检测。
In this study, a method for rapid detection of lead in daiiT products by colloidal gold immunoehromatographie strips was established. The sensitivity, repeatability and specificity of the method were studied through a series of experiments. The results showed that the detection limit of fresh milk and yogurt in dairy products was 25 μg/kg,that of finished milk was 30μ g/kg,and that of milk powder and cheese was 300 μg/kg. And the reproducibility was good. Simultaneous determination of the spiked sample by colloidal gold immunochromatographic assay and atomic absorption spectrophotometry, the results obtained by these two methods were in good agreement. This method is suitable for rapid detection of lead in dairy products.
